Who pays for the services you provide
You are legally entitled to the service we provide. The cost of replacement vehicles and any repairs to your car are recovered from the insurance company of the driver who caused the accident.

What will happen if my car is a write off
We will arrange for a replacement vehicle to be provided to you which you will keep until you receive a bank cheque from the third party’s insurance company for the value of what your car was worth. This is on the condition that:
a) you do not have access to a replacement vehicle yourself
b) you are not in a position to replace your vehicle from funds available to you.

Do I need to speak to my insurance company before contacting you
No our agents will manage your claim and speak to your insurance company, and manage your whole claim.

Will I need to pay a deposit for the replacement vehicle
No, you will pay no deposit. We take your credit/ debit card details as a security check and these details can only be used with your authorisation for any additional charges incurred such as, parking tickets or congestion charges whilst using the replacement vehicle.

What will I need to do to prove the accident wasn’t my fault
When you call Don’t Delay Cars our client advisers will discuss the circumstances of your accident with you and assess whether there is an identifiable negligent third party and how we will deal with your claim.

How do I collect my replacement car
Once our agents are satisfied that the accident was the fault of the other party, a replacement car will be delivered at a time that is convenient for you, which you can keep for the whole duration you are without your own vehicle. The cost of the replacement car is recovered from the insurance company of the negligent third party.

Is my replacement car the same make and model as my own
Yes it will be. Our agents have over 5,000 vehicles available.

What information from the accident do you need
First of all we need all your details and we need to know the registration number, the vehicle make and model of the third party along with and their insurance company details. It is also helpful if you have the details of any witnesses that were at the scene of the accident.

Will the repair to my car be carried out by an authorised body shop
Repairs will be undertaken by a Manufacturer approved or Kite Mark approved body shop. All costs associated with the inspection and the repairs of your vehicle will be recovered from the insurer of driver who is at fault, or the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) where the driver at fault proves to be uninsured.
